Heating module: horizontal reflow design, so that each heating zone is not affected by the adjacent heating zone, ensuring accurate temperature curve, while ensuring high production capacity and heat exchange capacity, and achieving high adaptability (meeting the welding of consumer electronic products such as automotive electronics, communication electronics, computers and mobile phones).
Moving parts: computer adjustment and stepper motor control, high precision and good stability to ensure accurate spraying.
Temperature control: PLC+PID independent temperature control, real-time monitoring of preheating temperature.

Closed-loop conveying speed control system, conveying control accuracy ±2mm/min, ensuring more stable speed.
Dual-wave control adopts lead-free frequency conversion technology, which can independently control the wave crest height and can be precisely adjusted according to different welding requirements; equipped with 1/4HP high-power wave crest motor, the maximum wave crest height can reach 15mm, providing strong power to ensure the stability and reliability of the solder wave crest.
